What is Zuflo Eye Drop?

Zuflo Eye Drop is available in the form of tablets or capsules that are taken orally, in the form of eye or ear drops and can also be injected intravenously.
It is advisable to take this medication only under the strict guidelines of your doctor. Follow this prescription through until the course is complete, even if the symptoms disappear.
You should not skip a dose and avoid taking an extra tablet to make up for it. It is possible for some people to experience a few common side effects from taking Zuflo Eye Drop like headaches, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, trouble sleeping and dry mouth.
Not everyone experiences these side effects, it occurs only in a few cases. If you do experience any of these side effects, seek medical help immediately.

Uses of Zuflo Eye Drop

Zuflo Eye Drop use  in the treatment of bacterial infections. It is also used in infections of urinary tract, tonsils, sinus, nose, throat, female genital organ, skin and soft tissues, windpipe and lungs (pneumonia).

Dosage

Adults: Given orally in a usual daily dose of 300-600 mg of Zuflo (3-6 tabs) divided into 2-3 doses. If used for leprosy, it is recommended to give a total of 400-600 of Zuflo per day divided into 2-3 doses. In general, the dosage should be adjusted according to the causative organism and the severity of the symptoms. For leprosy, Zuflo should as a rule be co-administered with other antileprosy drugs.

Instruction for Zuflo Eye Drop

Hypersensitivity to Polymyxin B Sulphate / Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate is a contraindication. In addition, Polymyxin B Sulphate / Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate should not be taken if you have the following conditions: Allergic to it Diabetes Duodenal ulcer Fungal infection Glaucoma Hypersensitivity Stomach ulcer.

Zuflo D Eye Drops - Side-effects

The following is a list of possible side-effects that may occur from all constituting ingredients of Zuflo Eye Drop effect. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.

  • Photosensitivity
  • Nausea
  • Hallucination
  • Sinus tachycardia
  • Insomnia
  • Seizures

Warning of Zuflo Eye Drop

  • Zuflo Eye Drop review may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
  • Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
  • Zuflo Eye Drop is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
  • Zuflo Eye Drop may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
  • Zuflo Eye Drop should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Zuflo Eye Drop may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Storage of Zuflo Eye Drop

You should store your Zuflo Eye Drop store in a cool place where the temperature stays below 25°C and always replace the top on the bottle to prevent contamination. Discard the bottle of Zuflo eye drops 4 weeks after opening.
